ADMET Prediction Engine
A collection of machine learning models to predict ADMET properties from morgan fingerprints of SMILES sequences and calculate risk of off target effects for protein based drugs. Was open source with a GUI but closed it down after biosecurity concerns were raised when I presented it at an event. Bright SCIdea Poster finalist.

A forearm-resting crutch redesign, based on triathlon bike bars, that cut pressure on the hand by 20%. Built a proprietary Force Sensitive Resistor from scratch to test the crutch. Category 1st place in Young Scientist 2022.
